Woo hoo! :propeller: That's cool. How did they say it? Just curious now... :)
It definitely worked in our favor that we had our own sales rep, who knows us ... he called me this morning and asked me to explain again what had happened. Then he asked me if the machine they had sent us would do everything that we needed. I was like - uh yeah, this machine has more than what we need. He told me that since we had what we needed, that we could just keep that machine. It was their mistake - so if we're happy, they're happy.
I think it also made a difference that I was the one who brought it to their attention. It wasn't them calling me telling me about the mixup -- I told them about it before they even realized it. So I guess honesty is indeed the best policy! (especially this time!!!)
Woohoo! Congrats! Have fun playing with it. We just got a new computer also, a Mac, and I'm totally loving it. Who knows, before long, I may be an apple convert.
Sorry I didn't get your IM - things were pretty busy yesterday afternoon. But so so so glad to hear the news and that you're having fun playing. :)
 you are INSANELY lucky.
