Tomorrow morning Steve and I will be on a plane on our way to Florida for four days of fun in the sun! We both needed to get away from work (at our jobs and at the house) - and just relax. I'm hoping for at least one day where we do nothing but sit on the beach and read. That would be a perfect day (even more perfect would be the miracle of me getting a tan at the same time.) As it is, I'll have on my 45 SPF sunscreen, a widebrimmed hat, and hope for the best! I think Addie's convinced me to try the Mystic Tan - but I didn't have time to go before our trip. Maybe one day next week I'll try it out, and hope I don't come out looking like Ross on Friends.
We got really great deals on our travel arrangements for this trip -- we're both flying roundtrip for $180. That's $90 a person roundtrip airfare, direct flight. Not a bad deal! And we're staying in a Hilton Garden Inn (I love those hotels... we always try to stay in those when we're on a trip because the room is guaranteed to be nice, internet access, pools, jacuzzis, breakfast included -- oh and Steve gets great rates from all the traveling he has done for work) -- so we got this great hotel for $59 a night. Not bad. I love a cheap, but great, holiday (thats what they call vacations in England!)
(I've redesigned my Silver Strawberry website .... it looks much cleaner now. I was so tired of the black and red. There's much work still to be done -- I'm still working on individual pages for each client -- but I'm almost halfway there!)
