It all started in Chicago . They have cows. Nashville has .... catfish??? Do you need to see more to believe it? See ALL the catfish.
Steve used to live in Chicago. In fact he was living there when the Cows first appeared. They were cool. I vividly remember walking around downtown Chicago and seeing these cows. They were large enough and high enough off the ground that you could tell what they were, they were painted with all sorts of cool designs, and when you saw one you didn't say "what the?? what is that?!?!". This is what frequently comes to mind when I'm driving around and see these catfish. Could they not have come up with anything else?
Denver has buffalo and San Jose has sharks. Catfish, that's funny.
berlin had bears (polar bears?) when pat and i were there in 2001. shouldn't catfish be in, like, louisiana or something?

it was fish. but they were, like, not big. most of them were flat and metal--on sticks. gr! what's up gangsters?
the whole fish concept is just silly. I mean, ours are just about a foot off the ground. You can't see them unless you're really looking for them, and honestly, who wants to see an ugly catfish painted to look like spiderman??? :crazy:
