A SHOES Friday Five

| | Comments (0)

:fridayfive: I LOVE this weeks Friday Five!

1. What size shoe do you wear?
6 1/2

2. How many pairs of shoes do you own?
Hmmm .... I love shoes. Probably over a hundred - and that's just here in Nashville. I have boxes of shoes still at my parents house. My husband thinks I have a pair of shoes to wear every single day of the year without ever wearing one pair twice. LOL

3. What type of shoe do you prefer (boots, sneakers, pumps, etc.)?
I like ALL kinds of shoes. I love sandals, boots, sneakers, pumps, heals, flats, mules -- if its called a shoe -- I like it.

4. Describe your favorite pair of shoes. Why are they your favorite?
Right now it's a pair of black sandals. They've got a 1 inch heel and the cutest little leather strap and buckle across the front. They're cute! They're my favorite right now because they're comfy and they look really cute with one of my favorite outfits!

5. What's the most you've spent on one pair of shoes?
The most I've ever spent on shoes would be a pair of gortex hiking boots that I bought before going to Ecuador. I had to have a really good waterproof pair - and they needed to be comfortable too. They were, if I remember correctly, about $130 or so. For most of my other shoes -- I always buy when they're on sale -- if I spend over $30 for a pair, they must be really spectacular! That's the only reason my husband doesn't go wacko whenever I bring home yet another pair of shoes --- he knows I bought them on sale and probably got a great deal!

OK -- I just couldn't resist doing the Friday Five before going to work -- and so now -- I'm off to work :)
I think thats the most superficial and materialistic blog I've ever written .... LOL .... hey we ALL have our "vices", right?
