Just when you think life is kinda normal

I'm back from my trip down south (to visit my family). Just when life seems to be going ok -- you get a few curve balls thrown your way(some that you should have been expecting, others completely from left field ... lol). What an absolutely mentally-exhausting weekend. I'm not really ready to blog about everything that went on; too much for my little brain to handle right now. I had three hours sleep last night and then had to drive three hours by myself back to Nashville -- so I'm off to take something for my headache and try to get some rest. Hopefully Labor Day will lend itself to a little rest and relaxation -- I need it desperately.
