Doing the Monday Mission a day late ... been busy!
1. Have you ever sold anything through an online auction? What did you sell and did you make very much?
I've never sold anything of mine, personally -- but I did sell a tract of land for my church a few years ago. Sold it on EBAY -- and it sold for more than twice what the church was hoping to get.
2. Have you ever bought anything through an online auction? How was your experience?
I've bought tons of things through online auctions .... cameras, books, jewelry, DVD's, etc. I've had all good experiences so far!
3. Do you like the sun? Getting a suntan? Have you ever had a bad sunburn?
I like the sun and would love it if it were genetically possible for me to get a good suntan. Unfortunately, I am a natural red-head and have the fair skin that usually comes along with it. I have had many many many bad sunburns -- but not in the past few years. When I was a kid, I was always red and freckle-faced.
4. Are you a vegetarian? Why? If not, have you ever considered it?Nope .... not really. I like steak too much.
5. Suppose you are getting into your car after you've just made your purchase from a store you visit twice a week. You suddenly realize you had a .35ยข item in your hand and you forgot to pay for it. What would you do next? (what *would* you do, not what *should* you do)
I would probably not go back in the store -- even though i would know that I SHOULD go back in the store. I'd probably be thinking -- well they overcharged me last week for that cereal -- and besides, I'm usually scrounging around in my purse for my wallet or "bonus card" (what a con!) and I'd probably notice if I had something in my hand! Good question though! Now, maybe if that actually happens, now i will think twice about what to do :)
6. Sometimes it seems that there is just not enough time to do everything that must be done. Was there anything you wanted to accomplish this weekend that didn't get done?
Wanted to get all the laundry done and ironed. Didn't happen.
7. What is your favorite game to play with a group and/or an individual? (board game, computer game, athletic, etc.)
Hmmmm .... I love playing Rook and Spades as card games -- Taboo, Scattergories, Cranium, Monopoly -- i love board games.
